Institute of banking Personnel Selection commonly known as (IBPS) conducts the clerk recruitment exams behalf of different public sector banks. These public sector banks use IBPS clerk recruitment exam results to fill their vacancies. The official notification will be released in the month of August 2017. The IBPS Clerk Exam is divided into two different part PRILIMS & MAINS. IBPS Clerk eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent.
- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems.
- Proficiency in the official language of the States & Union Territory.
- Minimum age – 20 years and maximum age – 28 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories candidates.

IBPS Clerk Application Form
The IBPS Application Form 2017 will be available from August 2017. Candidate can check the details and apply for the same here. The IBPS Clerk Application form will be filled in 4 different stages (Registration, Upload Scanned copy, Basic details, Payment). The IBPS Clerk Application Fee for general Categories students is 600INR where as for SC/ST students it is only 100 INR. Candidates need to get the there photograph/signature scanned before applying, and should also have personal emailID.
IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2017:-
IBPS will not send admit card by post, so candidates need to download IBPS Clerk Admit card from there official website or candidates can also download admit card from the link given above. Candidates who will sucessfully completed the application process will get there admit cards only. The candidates need to carry the IBPS Clerk recruitment admit card during exam, without admit card it will be not valid.
IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern:-
IBPS Exams compromise of mainly three sections English section/Numerical Section & Reasoning. Maximum total markes alloted in prelims will be 100. Where as candidates need to appear for mains exams after clearing prelims and need to attend 5 sections of Mains exam Reasoning/ English/ Quantitative/ General Awareness/ Computer Knowledge. The mains exams will be of 200 Marks. Each appering candidates need to qualify for the each exam by clearing sectional & Overall Cutoff.
IBPS Clerk Syllabus
The main three sections of prelim exam are Reasoning, English Language and Numerical Ability. Each of these sections has multiple subheadings to focus on when preparing for IBPS Clerk CWE.
The syllabus for Reasoning, Numerical Ability and English Language is same for mains and preliminary exam. In addition to these two the other subjects are General Awareness and Computer Knowledge. The General Awareness is based on the Banking Sector awareness.
IBPS Clerk Result
The result of IBPS Clerk will be released online. The results will be available in two phases, prelims and mains by the exam conducting bodies. Candidate need to qualify for the exams and secure the minimum qualification marks to appear for mains. Candidates can check result by putting their registration number and password in the required field. Those candidates, who will not qualify preliminary exam, would not be considered for main exam.
IBPS Clerk Cutoff
A minimum bench mark score will be decided by the IBPS to shortlist the deserving candidate. Candidates who score equal to or above the cut off marks in preliminary exam will be eligible for main exam.
